Access to and Editing Information

A user can update their personal information using their profile page on the website.

Storing and deleting information

1. The information about the user is saved so long as a user has an account on Mimirex. If you disable an account, all personal information, except for information that might be required for dispute resolution, or investigations of illegal activities or for financial accounting purposes, will be deleted.
2. Information related to financial accounting will be kept for 3 years.
3. In case there is suspicion of fraud, untruthful of misleading information or potential illegal activity, information will be kept for 10 years.
4. In the case of a payment, information is kept until the transaction is fully confirmed.
5. Responses, messages, and negotiations in regard to announcements are kept in user history. This data can be used in an anonymized fashion for academic research purposes and for the purposes of improving and/or enhancing user experience.
6. A user might request deletion of personal information and data. In this case, a user will no longer be able to utilize the username/credentials to access our service(s).
7. Mimirex will delete personal information about a user within a month of request and contact the user in case some issues arise.
8. Mimirex can request information about the information gathered about them, in this case Mimirex will send this information to the user within a month of request.
